http://www.infodesignpatterns.com en ../news.php?od= Until the end of 2008, I participated in a research project at my former university's Interaction Design Lab to create a pattern collection for complex interface design projects with a focus on the application field of geovisualization. Since December 2008, the ../news.php?od= You might have noticed it already, but here comes the official announcement: The InfoDesignPatterns collection is now linked to the pattern browser of the easy2use 2.0 project group at Interaction Design Lab. The project group works on a design pattern language for interactive user interfaces and cooperates with several ../news.php?od= Barely online for a day, the new Info Design Patterns website got its first major update. A community section was added, which is quite empty yet, but might lay the foundation for a higher level of user contribution that goes beyond rating and commenting. In order to keep users up-to-date about features as well as new content, I set up a mailing list everyone who's interested can register with. ../news.php?od= About a month later than promised (I've been seriously busy the last couple of weeks, really), I can finally roll out a redesign of the pattern browser to replace the clumsy Flash interface which caught some negative feedback.
