Movember is an annual, month-long event involving the growing of moustaches during the month of November. Since 2004, the Movember Foundation charity has run Movember events to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer and depression, in Australia and New Zealand.
Ian Bogost is author of the book Persuasive Games: The Expressive Power of Videogames (MIT Press 2007). In his book Bogost argues, that videogames have a unique persuasive power that goes beyond other forms of computational persuasion.
